Because many of our products are living plant material, availability, appearance, size, shipping timing, and performance may vary based on season, weather, plant condition, cultivar behavior, and growing conditions after delivery.

Actual plants, cuttings, flowers, leaves, branching, root development, color intensity, fragrance, and growth habits may vary due to season, age, weather, growing environment, plant stage, shipping conditions, and cultivar behavior.
Flower color may also vary depending on temperature, light, humidity, nutrition, plant maturity, and growing conditions. Product images should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the exact plant, flower, branch structure, or bloom appearance shown will be received unless specifically stated in the product listing.
4. Plant Availability
All live plant products are subject to availability. Because plumeria are living plants, inventory can change due to growth stage, weather, plant health, rooting status, nursery conditions, or inspection before shipping.
Florida Colors Nursery reserves the right to cancel, delay, refund, or adjust an order if a plant is no longer available, not in suitable condition to ship, mislabeled, damaged, affected by weather, or otherwise unavailable.
If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we may contact you regarding a refund, delay, substitution, store credit, or other available option, depending on the situation and our current policies.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that all billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
Orders are subject to acceptance by Florida Colors Nursery. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order, product availability, or immediate shipment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping restrictions, weather concerns, payment issues, address problems, or errors in product information.
6. Pricing and Typographical Errors

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect availability, incorrect shipping information, or incorrect product details, Florida Colors Nursery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed.
If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled due to an error, Florida Colors Nursery will issue a refund for the canceled item or order according to our payment processor’s normal refund procedures.
7. Shipping of Live Plants and Cuttings
Shipping live plumeria requires special handling and may be affected by weather, season, carrier availability, agricultural regulations, nursery readiness, and plant condition.
Florida Colors Nursery reserves the right to delay shipment when we believe shipping may place the plant at unnecessary risk due to extreme heat, cold, storms, carrier delays, holidays, plant condition, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We may also choose not to ship on certain days to avoid plants sitting in transit over weekends, holidays, or carrier delays.
Shipping times shown on the website, in emails, or during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by Florida Colors Nursery.
8. Weather-Related Shipping Delays
Because plumeria are tropical plants, weather matters. Extreme cold, excessive heat, heavy rain, storms, or other weather-related events may require shipping delays to protect the plants.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that weather delays may occur and that such delays are intended to improve the chance that your plumeria arrives in suitable condition.
If we are unable to ship within the expected time frame, we may contact you with available options, which may include waiting for safer shipping conditions, modifying the order, or canceling/refunding the affected item or order in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
Florida Colors Nursery is not responsible for delayed, lost, misdelivered, returned, or damaged shipments caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, refused delivery, forwarding requests, carrier access issues, or failure to retrieve a package promptly after delivery.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, non-delivery, or customer-related delivery issue, additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is possible.

Live plants and plant materials may be subject to federal, state, local, or regional agricultural rules and restrictions. Some locations may restrict or prohibit the shipment of certain plants, soil, rooted material, or nursery stock.
Florida Colors Nursery reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify orders where shipping may violate agricultural regulations, carrier restrictions, inspection requirements, or nursery compliance rules.
Customers are responsible for knowing whether live plumeria plants, cuttings, or related plant material may be legally received in their location. If we determine that we cannot ship to your location, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
11. Receiving Live Plant Shipments
Live plant shipments should be opened promptly upon delivery. Remove the plant or cutting from the package carefully and inspect it as soon as possible.
Because plumeria may experience stress during shipping, some leaf yellowing, leaf drop, minor cosmetic damage, dehydration, or temporary stress may occur. These conditions are not necessarily signs of plant failure.
Follow the care instructions provided by Florida Colors Nursery. Newly received plumeria may need time to hydrate, adjust, acclimate, and resume active growth.
12. Customer Care After Delivery
After delivery, the care of live plants becomes the responsibility of the customer. Plumeria performance depends on proper handling, climate, sunlight, watering, drainage, soil mix, temperature, fertilizer, pest control, and seasonal care.
Florida Colors Nursery is not responsible for plant decline, rot, dehydration, cold damage, sunburn, pest issues, disease, overwatering, underwatering, improper soil, improper potting, fertilizer misuse, or environmental stress that occurs after delivery.
Any care information provided by Florida Colors Nursery is intended as general guidance based on our experience growing plumeria. Growing results may vary by climate, USDA zone, container size, soil, watering habits, season, cultivar, and grower experience.
13. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Cancellations
Because live plants and cuttings are perishable, seasonal, and sensitive to handling, returns may be limited or unavailable except as stated in our posted Return/Refund Policy or as required by law.
Please review our current Return/Refund Policy before placing an order. That policy explains how to report shipping problems, damaged items, incorrect items, or other order concerns.
Florida Colors Nursery may require photos, order information, packaging photos, delivery details, and timely notice before considering any refund, replacement, or credit request.
