When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- Grafted, Rooted plants are shipped bare rooted with most of the soil removed via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of two days.
- Callused and Fresh cuttings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of two days.
- Seeds are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. All products are insured, so be sure and let us know of any damage as soon as possible.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and will vary with plant size and root system. The estimated weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

- If we make a mistake and ship you the wrong product, we will replace it.
- If for any reason you receive a damaged plumeria, we will replace it.
- If a Grafted or Rooted plant dies within 45 days, we will replace it. As long as you follow our care instructions.
- If a callused cutting dies within 45 day we will replace it. As long as you follow our care instructions.
- If a fresh cutting dies within 30 days we will replace it. As long as you follow our care instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes Paypal to process our refund request (1 day).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
Note: There are restrictions and required paper work on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us to discuss.
